Take Charge of Your Heart Health with Free Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Classes

Managing your blood pressure is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your heart health — and now there’s a free, supportive opportunity right here in Monticello to help you do just that.


The Healthy Heart Ambassador: Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program is a series of educational classes designed to help participants understand, track, and improve their blood pressure with confidence and ease. These classes are taught by a registered dietitian and focus on practical, everyday tools you can use to support a healthier heart.


What Participants Will Receive

Those who register for the program will receive:

  • Four months of FREE nutrition education

  • Instruction on how to properly monitor blood pressure at home

  • A FREE blood pressure monitor (while supplies last)

  • Guidance in a welcoming, easy-to-understand group setting


Whether you are newly diagnosed with high blood pressure or simply want to be more proactive about your health, these classes are designed to meet you where you are.

All classes are held from 9:00–10:00 a.m. on the following dates:

  • February 11, 2026

  • March 11, 2026

  • April 8, 2026

  • May 13, 2026

Spots are limited, and blood pressure monitors are available while supplies last, so early registration is encouraged.
