Eating healthy shouldn’t feel out of reach—or overwhelming. That’s why Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Foundation, in partnership with Florida Blue Foundation, is hosting a free, in-person workshop designed to help individuals and families build practical skills for eating well while staying on budget.
How to Eat Healthy and Stay on Budget brings together nutrition and financial planning experts who will share real-world strategies for navigating food costs, making smart grocery choices, and stretching your dollars without sacrificing health.
This session is part of a broader effort focused on building skills to navigate toward food security, offering tools you can use immediately—whether you’re shopping for one or feeding a household.
