State Agency Hiring Fair Coming to Tallahassee – January 22, 2026

Jefferson County Schools is pleased to share an employment opportunity for job seekers in our community. The State Agency Hiring Fair will take place on Thursday, January 22, 2026, offering attendees the chance to connect directly with state agencies that are hiring for a wide range of positions.


The hiring fair will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Tallahassee State College’s Workforce Development Center, located at 444 Appleyard Drive in Tallahassee.

This event is open to individuals at different career stages. Some positions do not require a college degree, while others may require specific degrees or certifications. State employment offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for long-term career growth.


What to Bring

Attendees are encouraged to dress professionally and bring:

  • Copies of their resume (printing assistance is available)

  • A list of professional references


CareerSource Capital Region will be available to assist participants with:

  • Resume updates

  • Interview preparation

  • Professional attire

  • Resume printing, if needed
