Primary Medical Care Available
We are in the process of distributing new patient paperwork. We have an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and LPN on board and will begin seeing patients in January. We ask that persons without a medical home and may be looking for a primary care provider come by and see us. We want to serve you and your friends! Please come by and pick up new patient paperwork and get that back to us to establish as a patient. NFMC is not a walk-in clinic. We are primary care practice and want to serve all in Jefferson County.
