Sports Physicals and EKGs

Jefferson County Schools wants to know: who do you play for? On Tuesday, August 4th, JCS is hosting "Who We Play For? EKG's," a heart health event built around student athletes and the families who support them.


The event kicks off at 4:00 PM in the school gym, followed by free sports physicals at 5:00 PM, also in the gym. Every student-athlete needs a physical to hit the field or court this season, and this is a chance to get that done at no cost. EKG screenings will be part of the event, giving families extra peace of mind about their athlete's heart health before the season starts.


The event is sponsored by Lil Pines and hosted at Jefferson County K-12 School, 50 David Rd, Monticello, Florida 32344.


Mark your calendar, grab your student-athlete, and head to the gym on August 4th. It's free, it's easy, and it matters.
