We’re making it easier than ever for families to attend the Back to School Resource Fair this Saturday, August 9, by offering free bus transportation throughout Jefferson County!

Whether you're in Monticello, Lamont, Lloyd, Waukeenah, Ashville, or anywhere in between, one of our eleven bus routes can help you and your students get to this important event safely and on time.


šŸ•˜ Event Location & Time:šŸ“ Jefferson County K-12 School, 50 David Road, Monticello, FL

ā° Event runs from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PMšŸŽ’

Free school supplies, health screenings, fun activities, and more!


🚌 Here’s What You Need to Know About the Bus Routes:

  • Buses begin pickup as early as 7:00 AM depending on the route.

  • All routes begin and end at the Jefferson County Bus Barn (1780 South Jefferson Street).

  • Most buses will arrive at Jefferson County K-12 between 9:45 and 10:00 AM.

  • Buses will also stop at Jefferson County Turning Point School before heading back to the Bus Barn.

  • All bus services are round-trip and free of charge.


✨ Featured Routes Include:

  • Route 1 – Monticello neighborhoods including 2nd Street, Poplar, and East Clark

  • Route 2 – Casa Bianca, Waukeenah Hwy, Old Lloyd Rd, and Pinney Woods

  • Route 3 – North Jefferson, Tecumseh, Fulford, and Boston Hwy

  • Route 4 – High Street, Cypress St, Georgia Ave, and Seminole Ave

  • Route 5 – Beth Page, Walker Spring, Freeman Rd, and Alexander Rd

  • Route 6 – Taylor Rd, Old Lloyd, Gamble Rd, and West Washington

  • Route 7 – Kinsey Rd, MLK Blvd, and Jefferson Place Apartments

  • Route 8 – Ashville Hwy, Deerwood, Tara Rd, and Bassett Dairy

  • Route 9 – Lamont, N. Salt Rd, Turkey Scratch, and Thompson Valley

  • Route 10 & 11 – Van service including Doras Ln, Mistletoe Ln, and Gretchen Everhart School
