The Healthy Start Coalition of Jefferson, Madison and Taylor Counties is seeking a bi-lingual Family Support Specialist.
Must have, at a minimum, a H.S. diploma or GED and one (1) year of
experience working with diverse families and children. Must have experience
working with or providing services to children and families, a willingness to
work with culturally diverse populations, the ability to establish trusting
relationships and accept individual differences, be knowledgeable about
infant and child development, and excellent writing skills. This is a home
visiting position that requires daily travel, reliable transportation, and a valid
driver’s license. Fluency in Spanish a requirement for this position.
