- Families can pre-register online beginning Friday, September 22, 2023, at 1:00 AM - Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 11:00 PM.
- Families can apply online and can call in and conduct their interview and have their eligibility determined. Designated call days based on the applicants' last name are also listed below in the link below.
