Salary: $47,500 - $67,500 depending on experience

Job Goal
Duties include managing overall grant efforts, documenting payments and expenditures, optimizing the grant administration process, overseeing fund-raising, preparing progress reports, ensuring compliance with grant regulations, reviewing grant proposals, managing grant databases, engaging with donor agencies, educating staff on policies, and preparing financial reports.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in governmental accounting, finance, or budgeting, school district experience if preferred.
3. Experience with Skyward School Management Software is preferred but not required.
4. Experience with Financial and Program Cost Accounting and Reporting for Florida Schools.
5. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate.

• Coordinating and engaging with grant stakeholders.
• Identifying support agencies.
• Optimizing the grant administration process.

Physical Demands
